The warm wild winds blew west.
Tested, I rested after a long afternoon silence.
Long time later;
A whistle blew in the backyard.
Oh,no!
A hummingbird!!
She sang.
I murmured, demurely.
Man, together; we made a pair.
Her, in my tree.
Me, perched in the 2nd story window. (see?)
"Hello."
I called her - Alice; then
She came back the next morning:
Singing in the wet breeze.
"oh. that's fine."
We hummed for a while my song
Then smiled.
The wind blew away.
Easterly. a 100 miles away +
